In order to create this unique piece, the author drew inspiration from a famous movie / For the creation of this unique piece, the author found inspiration in the film “A Clockwork Orange”, directed by Stanley Kubrick, a cult of the 1970s. In fact, the idea for the piece saw its genesis during an after-dinner meeting, where following a conversation about the meaning of the London film, Dario drew a sketch of what would become POISED directly on a paper napkin. The inspiration drawn from the message inherent in the film can be perceived in the base of the irregularly shaped table and in the choice of using iron, an element as resistant as it is fragile and malleable. The glass, like a lens, highlights and enhances the composition at the base. Ideally, it should be placed in a bright area to allow the splendour and beauty of the work and its shade to be expressed to the full. The glass panel is an element that enhances the brilliance of the orange, giving the room a perfect brightness’. Excellent for furnishing a living room to which you want to give an effervescent and joyful style.
