In this baroque style work, the artist was able to give a touch of futurism. The steel-colored frame matches any color. For the creation of this unique piece, the author found inspiration from the film “A Clockwork Orange”/”Clockwork orange”, directed by Stanley Kubrick, a cult film of the 70s and 80s. In fact, the idea for the work saw its genesis during a post-dinner meal, where following a conversation relating to the meaning of the London film, Dario drew the sketch of what would become POISED directly on a paper placemat. The inspiration drawn from the message inherent in the cinematographic work is perceivable from the base of the irregularly shaped table and in the choice of using iron, an element that is as resistant as it is fragile and malleable. Glass, like a lens, highlights and enhances the underlying composition. The ideal would be to place it in a bright area to best express the brilliance and beauty of the work and its tone. The glass foil / panel is an element that enhances the brilliance of orange, giving the environment perfect brightness. Excellent for furnishing a living room to which you want to give an effervescent and joyful style.

In the artist’s imagination ELIXIR was born to complete POISON, in fact they see their genesis in the same placemat in which the untangled table was born. More than a chair, it becomes an object that becomes the protagonist of the environment. The bright orange paint stands out and brings the surrounding environment to life.
